Pre-Thanksgiving Feast...

Today Libi and I went to SCLP for their Thanksgiving feast.

The kids all got dressed up in their pilgrim hats and Native American headbands-- so dang cute!

Libi looked simply adorable in her headband! These are the moments I live for as a scrapbooker :)

I was amazed at the spread: turkey, cranberry sauce, green bean casserole, sweet potato mash, stuffing, corn bread, mashed potatoes, gravy, and pumpkin pie for dessert.

Libi is her Mama's daughter-- she is a bread fiend! I think that she would have eaten the entire basket of cornbread if we had let her.

It was a super nice afternoon!

It was the first time that the new panty-wearing Libi was at school. She went to the potty several times and kept dry.

We had a wonderful time...

many thanks to all the sweet ladies who care for Libi while she is at school!

We hauled across our very traffic-y valley to get to the Turkey Bowl to see Daddy.

Even though he was announcing, he took time out to chat with his little monkey.

Sadly, the Red Team didn't get to take home the trophy but it was a fun game to watch!

I was finally able to get some good shots of Libs and her hat :)

Poor Libs thought that Daddy was standing to take a picture with her-- he was really watching a touchdown-- but it's still cute :)

We had to leave the game early when someone said that they had to go potty. It was a false alarm, but we take every threat seriously.

Libi made a Thanksgiving card for us...

it was so sweet with her little handprint turkey on the inside :)

We are very excited to see Granpa tomorrow for Thanksgiving!
