Animals and Kids make for a very long day!

This morning we took Jesse to our MOPS field trip to Hart Park.

Libi kindly showed her to all of her friends and even let several of them hold her.

She especially liked showing her to all of the babies that joined us.

Before we headed into the petting zoo area we took a picture of all the kids on the trip.

The new petting zoo has: a cow, pigs, boars, chickens, turkeys, bunnies, a donkey, a few horses, and some deer.

I got the most amazing picture of a turkey EVER!!!

Libs enjoyed talking to every animal, especially the chickens.

A nice Mom took a picture of Libs and I at the top of the hill. Yes, we went all the way up the hill with tons of gals with strollers.... all to see the bison, which were nowhere to be found.

Here is Libi with one of her Skipper Club buddies, Grant. You will notice that the little girl on Grant's left is not too pleased that Libs has her arm around Grant. She considers Grant to be her boyfriend and Libi was on her turf.

Before we left the park we tried to see the trains, but it was surrounded by ghouls, hanging cadavers, and other spooky things, so we played on the grass instead.

After one final "Bye" to the burro we were home for a nap.

In the evening we went to the big fundraiser night at SCLP.

Libs loved spending time with her pals, while we spent money.

The pot-luck dinner was tasty!

It was great spending the evening with the Strassner's and the Maxwell's.

I helped with the raffles...

and Libi enjoyed the spoils of Daddy's good ticket purchases!

We love our school so we are happy to support them in any way we can...

even if it means accidentally winning the basket that Amy wanted. Sorry Amy, but I hope you are enjoying Scooby Doo :)
