Caroling, caroling....

through Valencia-- Skipper kids are singing!

Tonight we met up with some of our Pioneer Club friends to carol through the neighborhood surrounding VUMC. While we waited for everyone to arrive Libi and Daddy practiced some face making-- here is her best grumpy face.

Caroling was a lot like Trick-or-Treating-- especially when one of the houses we went to gave the kids lollipops.

Ron took this rather artistic shot of us going from house to house.

While Libi didn't know many of the songs (she was a pro at Jingle Bells and the Fa-La-Las of Deck the Halls) she had a great time!

After dinner at Don Cuco's we dropped Libi off for some quality time with her grandparents. We ran into the latest cupcake place in Canyon Country, The Cupcake Tree.

It was nearly 10 p.m. so the pickings were slim. Ron tried a carrot cake with amazing cream cheese frosting. If you get a chance to stop in, you should-- it is a darling place, owned by a cute Mom.
