Happy Mother's Day!

Today is a day to honor all the moms of the world. I have been blessed to have my life touched by many wonderful moms, so happy Mother's Day to all of you!

During our wait time we managed to capture some cute photos of Libi with her beloved Jammy.

They are such good chums!

Daddy also wanted to get in on the action so he got Libs to pose with him.

This morning we went to Eggs n' Things since the wait at Mimi's Cafe was over 90 minutes.

Libi didn't care! Her only criteria for a place to eat is that they have fruit...

even lemons work for her!

It was nice to spend the morning with family!

Aren't my parents cute???

It was so terrifically cold after lunch that we were barely able to pose-- we were all blowing away.

Libi made both Jammy and I feel loved today.

Libi has been really kissy lately-- which is so sweet.

We are one happy little family!

In the afternoon Aunt Andrea and Aunt Violet came over with a surprise for Libi....

real, live crickets!!!

Mommy was happy that they weren't meant as pets but they were to be released in the yard!

The bug obsession goes on here :)

We had a lovely dinner-- with the exception of not being able to BBQ outside due to the wind and poor weather.

Daddy did an amazing job of cooking so that I didn't have to!

You can tell Libi enjoyed her meal... just look at her food face.

After dinner Libi wanted to dance with Grampy, so they did some table dancing. Libi is in a phase right now where she wants to marry all the men in her life. She says she's married to Daddy, Granpa, or Grampy depending on her mood-- some of the boys think this is strange but I think it's sweet! Tonight she was telling all of us that she was married to Grampy, I guess it was his turn!

Tobee was so happy to have the family all at our house... look at that smile :)

Grammy also enjoyed her artwork that Libi made for her.

Libi loves having everyone over because she is a total entertainer!

My favorite part of the whole night was when Ron put on "Quando, Quando, Quando" and the entire family danced, changing partners every few minutes. It's those spontaneous moments of fun that make holidays like this the best!!!
