After our meeting we drove Mom to the valley for a doctor's appointment. We grabbed a quick bite and then it was off to the Happiest Place on Earth! On the drive down Libi planned her pictures again, but really insisted on seeing Mickey and Tink.
And who should we see as soon as we entered the park... but Mickey himself. She strolled right up, handed him Tinkerbell, and posed for her picture.
Minnie was very close by so we stopped to see her too. Mommy was thrilled to see both of them at the front of the park-- we didn't have to go all the way back to Toontown today!
Our customary first stop these days is Pixie Hollow. I was thrilled today to meet Fawn-- we haven't seen her before!
The only must-do on my list today was to see the new Small World. For those of you who don't know, they have placed Disney characters throughout the ride. This caused quite an uproar amoung annual passholders and traditionalists alike! I have to admit that it was really well done!
They incorporated Peter Pan, Alice in Wonderland, Cinderella, Nemo, Ariel, Pinocchio, Woody, Jesse, and a few others into the appropriate countries. If you want to check out all of the pictures we took from Small World, check out my album.
We decided to try our luck at the Princesses today. We got all new princesses!!!!
Today we saw Cinderella, Snow White, Belle and Mulan! We feel so lucky that Libs gets to meet all these neat ladies!
Our final stop was the Peter Pan ride. The wait was a bit long but we told her that Tinkerbell was in the ride so we had to wait. As we stood in line Missy kept saying, "Libi's turn, Mommy's turn, Jammy's turn... In a few minutes!" She was so convincing that I think if the folks in front of us could they would've let us through!We are super excited that Daddy and Granpa come home tomorrow! We have to get through lots of events before they arrive home, so we need to get to bed!!
