We love the Wiggles!!!

Ron bought us Wiggles tickets the day they came out. We have all been looking forward to seeing them live! When Libi woke up from her nap we quickly got her dressed to head out to the Gibson Amphitheater. As I was changing her she looked at me and said, "Mommy, I love the Wiggles." It was so sweet!Since most Wiggly clothes are for boys Libs wore this ensemble to the concert. We were stopped no less than 4 times by folks who wanted to tell us how cute she looked all matchy-matchy. We told them that her fashion consultant was Jammy-- she has such good taste :)We timed it perfectly, we were able to park and walk through City Walk to get there just as the doors opened at 4 p.m. We did have a moment to wait in line so I snapped a quick picture of Libs and her date! Our seats were perfect!!! We were right in the middle of the theater, in a row of 5 seats that was next to the sound booth. Nobody sat next to us so Libs had the row to herself to dance and wiggle. They gave each person a little program with games in it-- Libs was enthralled with hers. An usher took this family photo of us just before the show started! It was a circus themed show which was really visually stunning! We heard many of our favorites including "Big Red Car!", "Rock-a-bye Your Bear" which was Libi's only request, and"You make me feel like dancing!" which is one of our all-time favorites!

Libi was a dancing queen through most of the concert, but her gaze was always on the stage!!There was a great deal of dancing going on in the aisles. Libi spent a lot of time dancing with this little girl who sat across the aisle from us. It was certainly the most family friendly concert we've ever been to!At one point Sam and Murray came out into the audience for a meet and greet. While Libs didn't get a picture with him...she stood staring at him starry eyed and waved her heart out! After an hour and a half of fun and music the show was over. Libi and Daddy helped give them a standing ovation! For dinner we decided to explore City Walk which Ron and I hadn't been to in years. We ended up at Bubba Gump's and Libi passed our waiting time by hula hooping.Libi was an excellent dining compation. She tried everything-- shrimp and all, but enjoyed her friut most of all. While killing time waiting for the bill we tried to get some cute Daddy/daughter pics, but Libs was feeling very silly...I guess this will have to do! Thanks Daddy for a really fun day!
