Today we got dressed up to go to the Glendale Center Theater and see Sleeping Beauty.
Libs was thrilled to go see Princess Aurora..
she was a bit reluctant to do a family photo though!!!
When we got there she was able to spend some time on the stage. It was theater in the round which she had never seen before so it was quite novel to be able to spend time on a stage.
She played a bit coy at first...but then she opened up and started to dance!!!
I love this picture-- it shows all the action that surrounded her as 20-some girls twirled and ran around her!
We were lucky enough to have Grammy and Grampy come with us on this adventure in addition to our MOPS friends.
Max and GiGi are the children of Chelsea who organized the event. They were so adorable looking after Libi. 
Max even told Libi when it was time to sit down for the show.
They did some really creative things with the story-line...but Libi was most interested in the glow toy that Grammy bought her at intermission.
After intermission we finally got to see the prince and his trusty steed Fantasy (everyone's favorite character!)
We were sitting very near the kiss, so I got to get a good shot of it!!!
After the show we were able to meet all of the characters and get pictures taken with them.
Prince Charming did the perfect cheesy smile for every picture!! Note how tired Libs looks-- it's just about nap time!
Libs was so happy to see the show-- she barely moved! It was a really fun morning.
After a bit of down-time at home I headed to Valencia for the MOPS Leadership end of the year dinner. It was a great evening with the girls.
I even got an award for liking to talk on the microphone and for constantly recruiting Moppets workers-- I guess I take after Ron in wanting to be on the mic all the time!!
