Two under-the-weather Ippolitos

Today Libi and I have been close to home again, but this time it's because we are sick. Libi has slept the day away and only been happy when she was held. I have had a sore throat all day. We have been drinking apple juice and resting on the sofa all day.
After school Ron took her to see Dr. Vashistha only to find out that she has ear infections in both ears. We have put her on amoxocilin for the first time-- we'll see soon if she's allergic or not.

My Dad also got some bad news today, but his attitude is amazing!!! Our whole family is so proud of his positivity and caring nature. Hang in there Granpa-- we love you!

P.S. It is now 10:30 and Libs has had her first dose of meds. She is much more spunky!
