Today we spent much of the day just being thankful that we were not in a hotel room any more!
Libi spent time getting reacquainted with her toys. I was working on transitioning toys (we move them around so that nobody gets bored with them) when she climbed on to her rocking Eeyore. She is now getting the knack for rocking on it!
She also did a lot of singing today! We were able to watch many of the movies that she loves-- Mamma Mia and Monsters Inc.-- which we couldn't in San Diego due to a technical malfunction. This particular picture is one of her singing "Honey, Honey" at the top of her lungs while dancing to the Monsters Inc. introduction.
This evening Ron and I were lucky enough to get away for a date night. We hopped on the train and headed to Hollywood to see.....
Rent at the Pantages Theater! It was so cool to see two of the original cast members (Adam Pascal and Anthony Rapp) perform--- it was even cooler that we got to see it on closing night! They were having so much fun on stage that it was contageous! I lip synched and smiled through the whole show!!!
As if that wasn't enough, we got to try out Canyon Country's own Chili's restaurant!!! Yep, we are finally joining the rest of civilization with Chili's, Chipotle, Kohls, and a Target!!!!!! I am so looking forward to heading over to Target tomorrow to check it out :)
