Today we were supposed to go to Disneyland, however Mother Nature did not cooperate. It rained, the wind blew, it hailed, and it never got above the 40's-- are we still in Southern California?
In order to get some of our oogies out after being home all day yesterday we went to
Creative Leap in the valley. It's a cute indoor play place that has a bouncer, tons of toys, and a ball pit.
Libs spent lots of time at the train table-- Granpa would be proud!
She also braved the ball pit for the first time. Mommy crawled through the play structure to help her get into the pit and take some photos....
but she took to it like a fish takes to water! She threw the balls, put them on her head, and took all of the balls that had been thrown out of the pit back in.
They also had a really cool kitchen that she re-organized. She put all the lids on the pots and placed her pink "medicine" into the fridge. She loved being in any kitchen-- now if I could just get her to load my dishwasher at home.
The only problem we had was when it was time to go-- we had a major floppy tantrum! Here's hoping that there is no tantrum tomorrow at MOPS :)
